Yoga & Sound Therapy
Yoga isn’t just about touching your toes—it’s what you discover on the way down

Join Emma for a revitalising yoga practice that improves posture, deepens self-awareness, and promotes relaxation in body and mind. Open to all levels, Forrest Yoga—created by Ana Forrest—is a traditional Hatha practice adapted for modern Western bodies and minds. It builds strength, eases tension, and fosters mindfulness through breath and movement.

Start with a 5-week introductory course to learn the key postures and techniques, then progress to more advanced classes as you’re ready. Benefits can include improved flexibility, core strength,
joint mobility, balance, focus, relaxation, and better sleep.

Each session concludes with soothing Sound Therapy, featuring instruments like singing bowls and flutes, guiding you into a state of tranquil bliss.
Emma’s classes emphasise compassion and adapt to your individual needs.
You will always be held and supported as you learn to empower yourself through yoga.
