​Yoga isn’t just about touching your toes—it’s what you discover on the way down
Join Emma for a rejuvenating yoga practice that improves posture, deepens self-awareness, and promotes deep relaxation. Open to all levels, Forrest Yoga, developed by Ana Forrest, is a modern twist on traditional Hatha, designed for today's bodies and minds. It builds strength, eases tension, and encourages mindfulness through breath and movement.

Start with a 5-week intro course to master the basics, then progress to intermediate classes.
With consistent practice you can expect improved flexibility, core strength, balance, focus, relaxation, and better sleep.

Each session ends with calming Sound Therapy, using instruments like singing bowls and flutes to guide you into deep relaxation.
​
Emma’s classes are compassionate and adaptable, ensuring you feel supported as you empower yourself through yoga.
Your Yoga Session Essentials:​
