PLEASE NOTE: You must book your classes in advance to secure your space. Join Emma for a Forrest Yoga practice to nourish your body, reconnect with yourself, and deeply relax. Each class ends with a sound journey with live music for deeper rest. Details: For All Levels: Suitable for beginners to intermediate practitioners. Forrest Yoga: Created by Ana Forrest to strengthen the body, reduce tension, and promote awareness through conscious breathing and movement. Learn foundational postures, alignment, and breathing practices. Benefits: Increased flexibility, core strength, joint mobility, balance, focus, relaxation, and improved sleep. Emphasis on Self-Kindness: Options for all levels to listen to your body's needs. Sound Healing: Instruments such as singing bowls, flutes, chimes, guitar, and soothing vocals guide you into peaceful bliss at the end of each class. What to Bring: Yoga mat Water in a reusable bottle Warm, layered clothing (including warm socks and a jumper) Location & Time: Linlithgow Wednesdays 7:30pm - 8:45pm​​​ ​St Michael's Parish Church Office The Adam Room at Cross House Linlithgow EH49 7AL Access to the building is at the side entrance. You can ring the bell for the Adam room. There is free parking in the big car park in front of the loch. Notes: Arrive no more than 5 minutes early. 5 Class Pass: By making this payment, you are committing to attend each class in either Bridgend or Linlithgow for 5 classes in a row / 5 consecutive weeks from the start date. Please note that if you miss a class, your booking for that session will be forfeited. Full Members: Please make sure you book your classes in advance to secure your space. To ensure a smooth experience, kindly arrive no more than 5 minutes before the class begins. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, the class will have already started, and the doors will be locked, meaning you will unfortunately lose that session. In return, I promise to be punctual and fully committed to attending each class alongside you.
